NDA & Confidentiality
Protecting Your Ideas from Concept to Production
Your designs, intellectual property, and confidential project information are handled with care throughout every stage of custom plush development and manufacturing.
Why Confidentiality Matters
Every custom plush project starts with an idea — an original character, a unique design, or a new product concept. We understand that these ideas represent creativity, investment, and brand value. Protecting your confidential information is an important part of building a trusted manufacturing partnership. From initial design review to final production, we take reasonable steps to protect your project information.

Our Confidentiality Commitments
Protecting your ideas is an essential part of a successful manufacturing partnership. Every custom plush project involves valuable designs, creative concepts, intellectual property, and business information. We are committed to handling your confidential materials with care and ensuring your project information remains protected throughout the development and manufacturing process.
We handle your confidential project information with care and responsibility. Your designs, product concepts, and business information will not be intentionally disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
Your confidential designs, artwork, product concepts, specifications, and project details will only be used for quotation, development, sampling, and manufacturing services related to your project.
We will not intentionally reproduce, manufacture, sell, or distribute products based on your unique confidential designs, proprietary concepts, or project-specific information for other customers without your prior written authorization.
Your confidential products, prototypes, designs, photos, videos, and project information will not be displayed or used on our website, portfolio, social media, advertising materials, catalogs, exhibitions, or trade shows without your prior written approval.
Your original characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, designs, and other intellectual property remain your property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Working with Plushies4u for product development and manufacturing does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to us.
Access to confidential project information is limited to team members, production personnel, and authorized partners who require such information to complete your project. When third-party production support is necessary, we take reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality obligations are maintained.
Your Intellectual Property Belongs to You
We work with designers, artists, brands, creators, game studios, and businesses worldwide. We understand that your intellectual property represents your creativity, investment, and brand value.
This may include characters, artwork, logos, trademarks, product designs, illustrations, brand assets, 3D models, and creative concepts.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, your existing intellectual property remains yours. Our role is to transform your approved designs into high-quality plush products — not to claim ownership of the ideas behind them.
We manufacture your idea. We do not claim your idea.
Your Product Launch Is Your Moment
We understand that many custom plush projects are created for upcoming launches, Kickstarter campaigns, brand releases, games, books, events, or other confidential projects.
We will not publicly display or promote your project, including products, prototypes, designs, photos, or videos, without your prior permission.
