Plushies4u at all costs strives to exceed your expectations by going out of our way to customize your plush toy or pillow from your provided designs and photos.

We hope you will love your Plushies4u products, but we understand that there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the service or product provided, so please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@plushies4u.com.

Customized or personalized plush toys cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. In this case, the Plushies4u team will do their best to work with you to correct the problem.

We welcome returns or exchanges on eligible products and orders accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date. Returned products must be in good condition with original packaging and tags. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 30 day period. Responsibility for the item and the cost of returning the item is your responsibility until the item reaches us.

We offer exchanges or refunds. Refunds will be credited to the account where the original purchase was made. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a fault on our end.
